Ibanez FC10 Fat Cat - 80s Rat Style Distortion

My Ibanez FC10 Fat Cat pedal from the late 80s, based on a Rat circuit. It was my first, and still is my favorite distortion pedal. Cranked it is almost like a less-scooped Big Muff, but it does great medium gain sounds too. I profiled some of my favorite settings. With my Tele, I usually prefer the gain and tone knobs at around the same number on the dial (so: the gainier, the brighter) . I added some 'pushed' profiles too, made by boosting the level coming from the Palmer Daccapo reamp box I used to go into the pedal. You'll also find I added some 12v captures. The pedal was made for 9v but can handle 12v as well (at least mine does) which slightly changes its response. The G5-T1 capture is the setting I sometimes use on bass guitar (in parallel to clean lows). Just for fun, I also included some blends of captures in this pack. It results in some Fat Cat sounds that the original pedal can't do: like multiple Fat Cats with different settings in parallel. See for yourself if you dig those!
