Description

MESA/Boogie Lone Star and Lone Star Special. Now _this_ is what came up first when I was looking up stuff about Andy Timmons. Shoutouts to ブギウギ (bugiwugi). ・Channel 1 is quite clean, but can be overdriven into borderline crunch. ・Channel 2 expands upon Channel 1 with a Drive switch for an adjustable tube preamp stage. Two captures are provided - one with the Drive control set to 5 (noon), and the other dimed to 10/max for the highest gain available. It also has 3 different voicings: Normal, Thick, and Thicker. ・Three power amp watt settings: 　。The Lone Star can switch between 100w, 50w, and 10w. 　。The Lone Star Special can switch between 30w, 15w, and 5w. ・Preamp and poweramp sections are also provided separately. [LEGEND] ・FULL - Preamp + poweramp ・PRE - Preamp section ・PWR - Poweramp section ・CH1 - Channel 1 ・CH2[NOR/THCK1/THCK2] - Channel 2 [Normal/Thick/Thicker] ・DR-5/10 - Channel 2 Drive (set at 5 and 10, respectively) [NOTES] ・All the models are captured with 8x oversampling and 64 iterations for the highest quality possible. ・All the controls are flat so you can hear the amp as it is with neutral settings. I may add additional captures with "ideal" settings, but that's not a priority for now.. 　。Only exception to this is Channel 2.
