Description

John Mayer once plugged into a Volkswagen for an advertisement back in 2006. With every purchase of this car the owner would receive a First Act guitar. For some reason this commercial popped into my head the other day, and it got me thinking... What if I tried capturing my 2016 Cadillac SRX, and it's (semi) blown out speakers? So I ran the sweep signal through the aux port, and mic'd up both the speaker above the dashboard, and the speaker attached to the passenger side door. Microphone: Shure SM58
