David Gilmour: Faces of Stone Tone Collection

Among my favorite Gilmour tones are high gain tube driver ones. Here I am trying to capture the tone of the outro Solo of "Faces of Stone" in the studio and Pompei versions. It is played on the bridge pickup and one should add a bit off delay and reverb. My Strat has a very hot and mid focused bridge pickup. if you have a more traditional Strat bridge pickup perhaps crank the input a bit and perhaps the mids too. The chain captured is: Cali76 -> B.K. butler Tube Driver -> Hi-Tone DG50 -> Custom Gilmour IR -> EQ.
