Description

Epochs: 1000 | Reamp Box: Countryman 85 | Boost: Boss SD-1 ⚠️Disclaimer: The online preview player does not accurately represent these captures. For the best tone and true-to-source results, please download the files and use them within the NAM plugin alongside a high-quality impulse response. Crank up the aggression with the Orange Rockerverb MKII — 2 Captures, one with a mid gain crunch, the other boosted with a Boss SD-1 for added bite and tightness. These profiles deliver the amp’s full-throttle character: thick low end, snarling mids, and a cutting high end that stays defined even under heavy saturation. Perfect for modern rock and metal tones, this capture offers the rich harmonic texture and punchy dynamics that make the Rockerverb MKII one of the most versatile high-gain amps ever built. Please Note: This is a preamp-only capture — no cabinet IR is included, allowing total freedom to pair with your own cabs, IRs, or power amp sims. Orange Rockerverb MKII 🔧 Optimal Setup for NAM Captures To achieve the most accurate and realistic tone from these NAM captures, it’s important that your audio interface and plugin are configured correctly. Recommended Settings: Audio Interface Input Gain: Set the input gain to 0 (all the way down or fully left). This ensures your signal remains clean and uncolored by the interface’s preamp. Input Type: Make sure your input is set to Instrument (Hi-Z) — not Line or Mic. This matches the impedance of your guitar and allows NAM to respond naturally. Pads & Attenuation: Ensure no -20dB pad or similar input attenuation is engaged. This can weaken your guitar’s signal and reduce dynamic accuracy. NAM Plugin Settings: In the Neural Amp Modeler VST, use unity gain (0.0dB) on input and output levels unless otherwise specified. For best realism, run the captures through a high-quality impulse response (IR) that matches the cabinet style of the original amp. Tip: If your signal sounds distorted before it even reaches NAM, or if the plugin meters are clipping, double-check your input gain and instrument mode settings — most issues come from the interface being set too hot.
