AMPEG SVT CL – Full Gain Capture Pack Epochs Aim: 400 A2 Standard | Reamp Box: Countryman 85 A heavily modified Ampeg SVT Classic captured across 9 different gain settings, from relatively clean and dynamic tones through to aggressive, saturated high-gain territory. You will need to supply your own IR's for these captures, and i would suggest 8x10 cabs captured at 200ms or above if possible. The head has undergone BIOS and preamp modifications, giving it a much wider gain range and a more aggressive response than the standard amplifier. The result is a collection of captures that retain the characteristic punch, low-end authority and midrange character of the SVT platform while pushing it considerably further into high-gain territory. The pack includes 9 individual captures, progressively increasing in gain from 1–9 as well as a bonus capture using a B7K (Darkglass). All captures use the following core settings: Gain: Varied across captures Bass: 6 Mid: 6 Treble: 6 Mid Frequency: 220 Hz Hi: Engaged on all captures as standard
