Description

The Eminence Blue Frame Alnico Speaker was used by Fender in the 1990s for the LTD Bassman reissues, Vibro Kings, Pro Juniors, and Blues DeVilles. I made impulse responses of the lower right speaker in my Blues DeVille in increments of 0.25" (0.635cm) or 0.5" (1.27cm). My starting point is with the SM57 2.0” away from the cap. The most obvious pairing is with my Fender Blues DeVille captures. However, they can provide a 1990s flavor to my Fender Pro Junior IV captures as well. 24Bit 48kHz - 500ms - MPT Format Naming Convention BLFR LR 4x10 <Mic Model> <Distance from Center> <Distance Off Grill> <Off Axis Angle, if applicable> -013 - Soyuz 013 Small Diaphragm Condensor -BU87IC - Beesneez BU87I C Large Diaphragm Condensor -LR100 - Monoprice LR100 Ribbon -M201 - Beyerdynamic M201TG -SM57 - Shure SM57 -ST170 - Sterling ST170 Ribbon Equipment Used: -Behringer A800 Power Amp -Stam SA73 Microphone Preamp -Steinberg UR824 Audio Interface -Voxengo Deconvolver
