Marshall JCM800 2203 (SPICE, C++)

This pack contains Neural Amp Modeler captures based on a digital recreation of a Marshall JCM800 2203. Rather than capturing a physical amplifier, the original tube circuit was recreated in software and simulated using a standalone amplifier simulator I'm developing. The amplifier is modeled using my own C++ circuit simulation engine, which draws on SPICE-style circuit simulation techniques to reproduce the electrical behavior of the amplifier's components and circuit topology. This engine is also the foundation for a larger project to develop standalone amplifier simulators based on original amplifier schematics. The settings captured were pulled from sample settings on Marshall's website. They are as follows: - Clean 1: P4, B10, M5, T4, V7, G5, Low - Clean 2: P4, B10, M6, T2, V8, G6, Low - Crunch 1: P2, B10, M7, T2, V7, G8, High - Crunch 2: P3, B8, M7, T7, V7, G7, High - Crunch 3: P3, B10, M6, T3, V7, G10, High There are two models for each setting, one with a prototype of my cabinet simulation engine active (modeling a Marshall 1960A with a Shure SM57 at the cap edge, one inch off the grille), one without for use with your own impulse responses.
